I don't usually do stuff like this, but I've reached a pretty cool number. My age is now the square root of the first reverse divisible number, and that's pretty awesome if you ask me :)

Edit:

I messed up a bit, what I was trying to say is that my age squared is the first number that can be reversed and end up as a reverse divisible number. But doing maths and writing them down in a non native language after being awake for 72 hours turned out to be rather hard :P

And we are excluding palindromes as well, beacuse they are easy.

Happy.....13th birthday?
I'm bad at math.

I'm not familiar with what a reverse divisible number is. Could you elaborate? I feel like reverse division is multiplication, in which case, you are what, 1?

Including or excluding palindromes?

Unless you count 10 as a reverse divisible number...then (since 10/01 = 10)...then you are in between 3 and 4. Assuming we don't count two digit numbers...then the first reverse divisible number is 101, and the next one is 121. Since the square root of 101 is slightly more than 10...then you are 10.

In less we are excluding palindromes...then the first reverse divisible number is 8712...then you are around 93. I am confused.

excluding palindromes , but I messed up the text up there, so it doesn't make sense anyway. I'll try to fix it, the math I've done is correct, it's just that I don't seem to be able to actually explain it in English :P

I'll get back to you when I actually manage to write in down so that it makes sense, I even messed up in my original text :P Sorry.

Alright no problem. I was like "pretty sure the first reverse divisible number is 8 thousand something..." lol. Glad you are not 93. (Square root of 8712).

Now, it should be said, that I have a head for math, but I suck at explaining how and why I get the answers I do, I just kinda SEE the answer.

A reverse divisible number is when a number (Lets say for example: 712) is divided by the "reverse" of it, which is 217 (the number written backwards). Unfortunately the first reverse divisible number excluding palindromes (numbers like 121 which...are divisible by 121..because they are written the same way backwards and forwards) is 8712 which is divisble by 2178 (2178 *4) = 8172. If we has was the square root of 8712...then he would be approx 93. But he said that he didn't quite translate probably so he's probably not 93.

Correct, did that last bit make sense in English? I really have no clue anymore :P

Last explanation that is, not the last bit of my last answer :P

This "my age squared is the first number that can be reversed and end up as a reverse divisible number." makes sense. I....never would have thought of that.

Then I'll edit my original post with that snippet of text. I KNEW something looked a bit off when I wrote it, but could not put my finger on it, now I can. So thank you very much.

thebigbossyboss explained it nicely I see, and now I've fixed my original text as well..

Here's what it SHOULD look like.. "I messed up a bit, what I was trying to say is that my age squared is the first number that can be reversed and end up as a reverse divisible number. (excluding palindromes)"
